These stretcher bars are ideal for use on all our Easy Sew Kits.
The stretcher bars may be a bit stiff to put together. You can use a crafter’s hammer to tap the joints into place. The stiffness is ideal as you want the bars to be rigid; any flexibility will spoil your finish work.
You can place your assembled bars in a picture frame to check that the opposite sides of the bars are parallel. Ideally, use the picture frame you will displaying your finished work. You can find the picture frame we use on our online shop.
We suggest that you display your finished work in the stretcher frame you stitched it in. You will spoil your finished work if you attempt to remove it from the stretcher bars. You can view the picture frame we use on our online shop.
